1. Information We Collect

VedaGlobal Academy collects information necessary to deliver personalized 1-on-1 tutoring sessions, including student name, grade level, guardian contact information, and academic goals.

2. Zoom Workplace Integration & Data Usage

Our application integrates with the Zoom API strictly to automate the scheduling, rescheduling, and launching of live educational classroom meetings between enrolled students and authorized faculty.

• Meeting Creation: We only generate scheduled meetings and join URLs for booked lessons.
• No Unauthorized Access: We do not access, sell, or retain your private Zoom recordings or personal meeting history outside the scope of tutoring.
• Token Security: Zoom OAuth tokens are securely encrypted and stored in PostgreSQL with Row Level Security.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Users may request full deletion of their account credentials, session logs, and linked Zoom authorization tokens at any time by contacting our data protection officer at rekha@vedaglobal.co.
